PARALEX Systems have several advantages over conventional solar power systems that enable increased energy yields, superior safety for installers and firefighters, robust productivity in non-ideal conditions, and the lowest overall cost per kWh for solar generation.
Parallel Architecture
Modules connected in series as in conventional systems suffer from significant disproportionate losses from real world non-ideal conditions such as manufacturing tolerances, soiling, snow or partial shading. PARALEX systems allow each module to perform at its own maximum potential, mitigating the impact of these non-ideal conditions and increasing the performance ratio of the system. The parallel array architecture results in 5-15% increased energy yield per kW installed.
